At Cleveland Sews, our educational approach values process over product. That means we celebrate developing a growth mindset; where learning and failure are safe and celebrated over perfection. Sewing is an artisanal craft, which takes practice, repetition, and the development of hand + eye coordination. Rather than judging the output of our first attempts, we honor the pathways of learning to sew, as a skill.

Our sales directly support our programming. As such, all purchases are final. If you are no longer able to make a class, we will give you credit to attend another session of equal value. Please contact us with any inquiries.

Scholarships

At Cleveland Sews, we are committed to keeping our programs accessible and inclusive, especially to those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Though we do need to recover our operation costs, we provide a few scholarships for every workshop.
